Accelerators
Pre-built accelerators, so your team starts at the product layer.
Every new build spends its first few months on the same foundation work auth, compliance scaffolding, payment flows, agent orchestration. Our accelerators already have that part done, tested, and running in production for other clients.

WHAT’S IN THE LIBRARY
Not templates. Working components pulled from real client builds.
Maintained by the same engineers who built them.
Bitcot’s engineering team is based in San Diego. Every accelerator in this library was built and is maintained by the same in-house team that configures it for your project not handed off to a separate implementation partner.
Why a Library
Building from zero costs more than most teams budget for.
Building from scratch
- Months spent on auth, compliance, and payment scaffolding before any real feature ships
- Architecture decisions made under deadline pressure, not reviewed
- Every integration built and debugged for the first time, on your dime
Starting from the library
- Foundation work already built, tested, and running for other clients
- Architecture reviewed across 3,000+ prior projects, not decided fresh each time
- Integrations that already exist, configured to your systems instead of built new

LOIS
Enterprise Case Management Software Unifying California's IDD Care System
Managing care across state agencies, regional centers, providers, and families requires more than disconnected records and manual processes. Bitcot designed and developed LOIS, an enterprise case management software platform that creates a unified digital infrastructure for California’s Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) services ecosystem Built with Next.js, GraphQL, and NestJS, the platform enables DDS administrators, regional centers, and healthcare providers to access a centralized, real-time record with automated compliance tracking, care coordination workflows, and live data visibility. By replacing fragmented systems with a scalable healthcare technology solution, LOIS improves collaboration, strengthens operational efficiency, and helps organizations deliver more connected support services. The platform demonstrates Our expertise in building enterprise healthcare software, digital care coordination solutions, and technology platforms designed for complex healthcare ecosystems.
SignaToken
Cryptographic Document Signing Platform Built for Audit-Proof Compliance
In regulated industries, a digital signature alone is not always enough. Healthcare, clinical research, and financial organizations need reliable proof that a document was signed by the right person, at the right time, and remained unchanged throughout its lifecycle. To address this challenge, Bitcot built SignaToken, a secure digital signing and verification platform that creates tamper-evident evidence for every signing event. Using cryptographic security principles, the platform generates unique verification tokens that help organizations validate document authenticity, strengthen compliance workflows, and maintain audit-ready records. By combining secure electronic signing, document verification, and cryptographic validation, SignaToken helps reduce disputes around digital records and improves trust in regulated workflows.
MedPro
Healthcare Mobile App Built for UC Health’s Trauma Surgical Unit
In emergency care, clinicians need immediate access to critical information without searching through outdated resources or disconnected systems. Bitcot developed MedPro, a Progressive Web App (PWA) for UC Health’s Trauma Surgical Unit that brings hospital protocols, live team rosters, and on-call contacts into a centralized digital experience. Built with Next.js, the platform provides fast, searchable access to clinical resources directly within point-of-care workflows across mobile devices. By simplifying access to essential protocols and improving information availability during critical moments, MedPro helps healthcare teams work more efficiently and make informed decisions faster.

Femina Women's Health Tracker
Building Trust in Women’s Digital Health
Cycle tracking apps live or die on trust, and trust in women’s health data starts with the platform, not the interface. Bitcot built Femina, a native iOS app in React Native with full Apple HealthKit integration, syncing steps, sleep, and heart rate alongside cycle and pregnancy tracking. Face ID authentication, Redux Persist offline-first storage, and Supabase-backed sync keep sensitive health data private, available, and App Store-ready.

OOMM Life Roommate Mobile Deck Native
Native Roommate Matching App for the IDD Community
Finding a safe living match is a high-stakes decision, and for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the technology behind that decision has to be as dependable as the agency standing behind it. Bitcot built OOMM Life, a native iOS and Android app in React Native, replacing a browser-based PWA with reliable push notifications, offline access, and Face ID authentication. Native VoiceOver and TalkBack integration make smart matching, in-app messaging, and agency oversight fully accessible. Explore the OOMM Life case study to see why native architecture proved essential where accessibility and trust couldn’t be an afterthought.
Embrace App
Native iOS App for Stanford’s Cancer Mindset Study
Six months of clinical research adherence hinges on whether participants stay engaged after week one, and email reminders alone rarely sustain that. Bitcot built the EMBRACE Study app for Stanford’s Mind & Body Lab, a native iOS app in Flutter covering video modules, blood kit tracking, RedCap-linked questionnaires, and Firebase-powered RA messaging. Native push notifications replace 20+ email touchpoints, and the HIPAA-ready build runs on Stanford’s existing AWS infrastructure with zero new backend. Explore the EMBRACE case study to see how native architecture was engineered to protect longitudinal research integrity.
Medical Image Transfer
Secure DICOM Platform for Clinical Trials
Multi-site clinical trials still coordinate imaging data by email and spreadsheet, and every manual handoff of PHI is a compliance risk waiting to happen. Bitcot built a secure DICOM medical imaging platform automating upload, de-identification, and a structured adjudication workflow with blinded review, discordance detection, and tie-breaker escalation. Role-based access, an integrated DICOM viewer, and a complete audit trail make it HIPAA-ready for CROs, pharma sponsors, and imaging core labs. Explore the platform to see how automated de-identification closes the compliance gap manual review can’t.
Sparrow Search
AI Clinical Trial Matching for Cancer Patients
Prostate cancer patients searching for trials face 1,000+ listings and eligibility criteria written for clinicians, not them, which is exactly where most matches are lost. Bitcot built Sparrow Search, an AI-powered clinical trial matching platform on a Laravel backend, scoring real-time eligibility against ClinicalTrials.gov data across 5,000+ locations. A 20-question clinical profile, side-by-side trial comparison, and one-click study contact turn a months-long search into minutes. Explore the Sparrow Search case study to see how AI matching logic translates clinical eligibility criteria into a patient-first experience.

Questions people ask before requesting access.
Is the Accelerator Library a set of downloadable templates?
No. Nothing ships as a zip file you configure yourself. Each accelerator is connected to your systems by our engineers during a scoped engagement, so what you get is a running environment, not a starter kit you’re on your own to finish.
Can I use more than one accelerator on the same project?
Yes. Accelerators are components, not full applications, so they’re built to compose. A fintech MVP, for example, commonly combines the FinTech and MVP accelerators payments and compliance scaffolding from one, auth and dashboard shell from the other.
Does using an accelerator cost less than a custom build?
Generally, yes, on the foundation portion of the work specifically because that part is already built, tested, and debugged rather than being scoped and billed from zero. The scoping call gives you a real number for your case rather than a general estimate.
Will the accelerator work with our existing EHR, CRM, or core banking system?
That’s exactly what the scoping call is for. Accelerators ship with connector patterns for common systems (Epic, Cerner, major CRMs, core banking APIs), and we confirm fit or scope the adapter work needed before anything is billed.
Do I need to commit to a full project to request access?
No. Requesting access starts with the scoping call, which is free and non-binding. You’ll leave it with a concrete timeline and scope whether or not you move forward.
