The myNight app’s most impactful feature is its 3-Night Benchmark Sleep Tracking, which allows FireFly SDK to assess a user’s sleep health accurately. The system detects sleep apnea severity, categorizing it into different levels based on breathing pauses. This feature enables early intervention, giving users a clear understanding of their sleep health and possible next steps.
